We keep newsletter and contact-form data for as long as needed to provide our services or as required by law, and delete or anonymize it once it's no longer needed. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 7).
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) — including the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to opt out of certain processing or "sale/sharing" of data (we do not sell personal information). Email us to make a request and we will respond within a reasonable time, and in any case within the timeframe required by applicable law.
KampaignLab is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
