Best for: Client Reporting Software for Marketing Agencies
Last updated: July 24, 2026
AgencyAnalytics does one job — automated, white-labelled client reporting — and does it well enough to hold a 4.7 on G2 from 430+ reviews. In May 2026 it scrapped its four-tier plans for a single Core plan at $20/client with no feature gating: unlimited data sources, dashboards, staff and client users, all 85+ integrations, AI insights, white-label branding, even MCP access for ChatGPT and Claude. Simpler and better value for most agencies. The catch is structural — you pay per client, so the bill tracks your roster exactly.
STARTS AT
$20/client/mo
Two options as of May 2026. Core: $20 per client/month billed annually (~$25 monthly), including every feature with no caps on data sources, reports, dashboards, staff users or client users. Enterprise: custom, for larger agencies. Available in USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD and NZD; annual saves ~20%. Rank tracking is charged separately.
AgencyAnalytics scrapped its four-tier structure — Freelancer, Agency, Agency Pro, Enterprise — for a simple Core + Enterprise model, and crucially removed feature gating. Things previously locked to higher tiers (full white-label, AI insights, advanced dashboards) are now on Core. Any review quoting a $79 Freelancer plan with a 5-client minimum, or a $479 Agency Pro tier, describes a structure that no longer exists.
Linearly — that's the whole story. At $20/client annually: 5 clients ≈ $100/mo, 15 ≈ $300/mo, 30 ≈ $600/mo. Simple to forecast, but it grows in direct proportion to your roster with no volume relief, and reviewers say the pinch bites past ~20–30 clients. One quirk: a tiny client with one data source costs exactly the same as a complex multi-channel account, so simple retainers subsidise complex ones.
Rank tracking is the main add-on — keyword tracking across Google and Bing, reported at roughly $41.67/month per 500 keywords annually, with weekly checks across mobile, local and multiple locations. For an SEO-heavy agency that stacks meaningfully on top. The other budget item isn't their charge at all: this is reporting-only software, so scheduling and content tools are a separate subscription.
Sentiment is strongly positive — around 4.7/5 on G2 from 430+ verified reviews, the large majority five-star. Consistent praise: fast, low-friction setup, polished client-ready dashboards out of the box, and support quicker than expected at this price. The complaints are specific rather than general — per-client cost at scale, the rank-tracker add-on, and historic movement of features between tiers, which the 2026 restructure has largely addressed.
Small and mid-sized marketing agencies needing automated, white-labelled client reporting up and running fast without building dashboards from scratch — unlimited users, unlimited dashboards and 85+ integrations make it strong where reporting is a recurring time sink. Less compelling for very large agencies where per-client billing dominates costs, for in-house teams with a single brand, and for anyone hoping to combine scheduling and reporting in one tool.
